SLOTH LP

SLOTH from north east Ohio have many faces
and I loved all of them, right from the beginning.
Now, 15 years, 50(!) 7" singles and countless
LP's/CD's/Tapes later, I thought it was time for me
to show the world... the friendly face of SLOTH!

So here it is: A compilation of
15 songs pulled from various micro-edition singles
released by various obscure labels,
15 Hits, all but one sung by Neecie,
the female voice of SLOTH,
15 Masterpieces about animals and friends...
charming, funny...always a little weird...
and in this combination the ultimate document
of the beautiful side of SLOTH.

LP's come in Silkscreened covers, individually handpainted and stamped

There are some extra CD's as well, which contain the
2 loooong trax, Sloth send for the MUSIKZIMMER Lp.
They didn't make it on the record , for reasons of...........

2 "classic" trax that have it all:

dark, brutal, ugly, scary music and words.

Review from NORMAN records UK

Prurient/ Wolf eyes - Split (7" on Musikzimmer) The 2 kings of the noise scene join forces for a terrifying split 7" courtesy of Musikzimmer Records. Read on fellow musical travelers for you're going to enter a journey into the world of noise. This confused the fuck out of me as the record plays from the inside out instead of every other record I've ever played in my life. Is that some sort of magic? I didn't know records could do that. There was no warning so at least you've been forewarned. The Prurient track is all about him drugging a boy at a petrol station with chocolate. It's a harsh distorted racket and that's exactly what you'd expect from mr Fernow. The Wolf Eyes track is another happy pixie themed one about a guy who appears to be lamenting his life while his head is split open. Lots of weird sounds which are reasonably sedate compared to the Prurient side and it sounds a bit like Throbbing Gristle to me. Surprisingly enjoyable though and it probably won't last or too long given the fact these are giants of the Noise Scene.
